Model Village

On first impression

a typical English village,

with people going about daily lives

peacefully walking the dog,

having a drink,

playing cricket.

On closer inspection

the inhabitants are toy cowboys and ‘injuns’

with their weapons removed.

They appear perfectly at home

and out of place at the same time.
